Rex Paris, MA, MS, BS has helped organizations achieve their goals while working as an engineer and scientist for several electronic and aerospace companies. A graduate of MIT and Williams College, Mr. Paris is at the same time a physics instructor and a designer and facilitator of team dynamics and team innovation seminars that focus on individual problem solving and communications styles. Mr. Paris achieved an MA in human resource management from National University to further his extensive technical and manufacturing experience in industry with interpersonal understanding of social systems.

Mr. Paris believes that groups have inherent in them talents and capacity unused in the everyday work world, demanding in its interlocking requirements and urgencies. Removing that pressure in a safe environment, and allowing participants to look objectively at their interactions within a group, allows these limits to be breached and teams to create new solutions within a changing environment.
