Originally from Boston, Dr. Roma has lived and worked in numerous places throughout the United States and beyond. Her background is diverse, extending from teaching mathematics and computer programming to producing award-winning documentaries. She holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University and for the past 20 years has thrived as a performance improvement technologist for Fortune 100 corporations and for Department of Defense facilities.

Her interest in esoteric studies began in the 70's when she lived in Hawaii and had the rare opportunity to learn from indigenous leaders who spoke of Hawaiian lore and some of their seemingly magical powers. While obtaining a Masters degree she studied futures research and thus emerged an integrated interest in technology, futures and the human potential. Dr. Roma began extensive reading and attending cutting edge thinking and technology conferences. Her work focuses on the synthesis of years of study and is based on the belief that we are on the verge of a significant leap in consciousness. For the first time in history we are consciously aware of this evolutionary process that involves integrating a vast amount of information and knowledge from a variety of sources on our way towards becoming whole systems beings. The implications for the way we conduct our lives both personally and professionally are astounding.
